It’s hard to believe Lincoln is already two weeks old. We had his first doctor’s appointment last
Monday and he had already surpassed his birth weight and was weighing 6 lbs 13
ozs. We have another weight check next
week and I’m anxious to see how much he weights. So far he has been such a good baby. He hardly ever cries and seems pretty easy
going. We are working on adjusting to
being a family of five. The mornings
and bedtime are the hardest but the boys have been great around their brother
and love to help out and hold him. We
are very thankful to be in Iowa and so close to both sets of grandparents who
have graciously taken the big boys for a day or two to burn some of their
energy while giving us time to rest and get things done around the house. It has been a huge help and the boys have
loved getting to spend the extra time with grandma and papa.
