4 month check up

We had Gavin's 4 month check-up today and he is quite the growing boy!! In good health and weighed 19 lbs, 5 ozs which was 95th percentile and was 28 1/4 inches long which was off the charts :)!! We had a great Memorial day weekend in Iowa visiting friends and family and will be back again this weekend for another wedding. This month has been crazy for us so we are looking forward to June and July which will bring a little down time to get some things done around the house.

Welcome Addison Joy!

Congratulations to Derek and Jenny who welcomed Addison Joy at 4:41 today. Gavin can't wait to meet his new cousin.

4 Months!

I can’t believe that Gavin turns 4 months old this week. Its crazy how fast these 4 months have gone and how much he has changed and grown. It seems like every day I come home from work he has gotten bigger and learned some new skill. We are having so much fun with him! He loves sucking on his hands and smiles/babbles all the time now. He’s very interested in everything around him and gets very excited when trying to reach for objects above and around him. For the most part he can hold his head up on his own and loves being able to sit up on your lab and watch everything around him. We have his 4 month check up in a few weeks and I can’t wait to see how much he has grown. I am guessing that he is going to weight between 18-19 pounds!
