Happy 7th Birthday Gavin!

It’s just crazy how much older Gavin looks and seems especially with those front baby teeth gone.  I look back at pictures from just a year ago and he seems so little compared to now. 

This kid loves pokemon, legos and battling everything J.  He also loves the ipad and would plan games and watch shows non-stop if we let him lol.  He has tons of energy!  I think I’m starting to finally realize just how different boys are from girls and how much energy they really have and how physical they are.  Gavin and Wyatt battle and wrestle all the time and even Lincoln gets in the mix because he wants to be just like his older brothers.

He loves being the leader and luckily has two little followers that will basically do anything he tells them.  He has times when he’s a really good helper but usually I have to ask first it’s not something he just wants to do.  He’d rather play and battle with his toys lol.

Gavin also has a HUGE sweet tooth.  Unfortunately he got this one from me so I’m definitely not a good influence in this space lol.  He loves playing sports and I love getting to watch him play.  His favorites seem to change with the season but he’s really liking football and soccer lately.  It will be interesting to see which ones he sticks to.

He definitely has his 7 year old moments where we have to remind him on manners and saying nice things but overall he really is the sweetest kid.  He can always make his sister laugh.  He reads books to Lincoln and does a good job finding ways for him to play with them and he always is willing to un-trade with Wyatt after he has a meltdown or will give Wyatt something to make him feel better if he’s upset about something.  It’s so fun to watch him grow and see how he changes every year.  We just love you to pieces!!
